LifeJourney Books Ltd. (“LifeJourney Books” or, “us”, “our”, “we”) recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers and, as a result, we have established this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect from you when you visit and/or use our Site. This Privacy Policy also explains how we may use, transfer, store, and disclose the information collected, as well as your ability to control certain uses of the collected information. If not specifically defined herein, capitalized terms have the meaning given to them in the LifeJourney Books Terms and Conditions, which is available at http://www.lifejourneydev.com/terms-of-service/ (the “Terms”).

Information We Collect

In order to receive services and view and post Content through the Services, you will be required to register an account and provide us with certain Personal Information (as defined below). “Personal Information” means information that can be directly associated with a specific person such as a name, telephone number and e-mail address. Examples of the Personal Information that we collect from you may include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and encrypted credit card information It is your voluntary decision whether to provide us with any such Personal Information, but if you refuse to provide such information we may not be able to register you to the Site and/or provide you with the Services.

By submitting your credit card information through the Site, you expressly consent to the sharing of this information with third party payment processors. We may use a third-party services provider to collect your credit account information and/or process such payments with our financial institutions.

Analytics

We may use analytics tools such as “Google Analytics” to collect information about the use of the Site and/or Services. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this Site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with Personal Information. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our Site and Services. Business Transfer

We may transfer our databases containing your Personal Information if we sell our business or part of it.

Law Enforcement related disclosure

We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity, behavior or digital content of any user suspected to have engaged in illegal or infringing behavior. Children

LifeJourney Books does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In the event that you become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has enrolled without parental permission, please advise us immediately.

Changes

By visiting this Site, you automatically accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms hereof, please do not use the Site.
